Job RoleWe are looking for a Customer Relationship Manager to manage customer communication and ensure smooth coordination from order confirmation until material delivery.

- Key ResponsibilitiesHandle customer communication after the order is received.
- Act as the main point of contact for customers regarding order and delivery status.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure on-time material delivery.
- Regularly follow up with customers and internal departments.
- Inform customers promptly if there is any delay in delivery.
- Maintain and update customer databases and enquiry records.
- Follow up on invoice receipt and material delivery confirmation.




- Support the Sales team by monitoring leads and customer requirements.
- Maintain proper follow-up records using Excel / Google Sheets.
- Handle customer escalations and ensure timely communication.
- Required SkillsGood English communication and email drafting skills.
- Positive knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
- Good customer-handling skills.
- Ability to coordinate with multiple departments.
- Manufacturing / industrial experience preferred.
- Candidate PreferenceMale candidate preferred
- Immediate joiner preferred
