Job Description – Accountant

Position: Accountant

Department: Accounts & Finance

Location: Mohali, Punjab

Experience: Fresher to 3 Years

Qualification: B.Com, M.Com, MBA (Finance), or equivalent

- Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain day-to-day accounting records and bookkeeping.
- Record sales, purchase, payment, receipt, and journal entries in Tally ERP/Prime.
- Prepare GST invoices, e-way bills, and maintain tax records.
- Assist in GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance.
- Reconcile bank statements, vendor accounts, and customer accounts.
- Process employee reimbursements and maintain expense records.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports.
- Coordinate with auditors during internal and statutory audits.




- Maintain proper documentation of vouchers, bills, and invoices.
- Support inventory and stock reconciliation with the Store department.
- Required SkillsKnowledge of Tally ERP/Prime, MS Excel, and MS Office.
- Basic understanding of GST, TDS, and accounting principles.
- Valuable analytical and numerical skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and documentation skills.

- PreferredExperience in a Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Company is preferred.
- Ability to handle confidential financial information.
