Job Overview:

We are seeking a reliable Warehouse Executive to join our distribution operations. Roles & responsibility: accurately picking products from inventory, securely packing orders for shipment, and preparing goods for dispatch. The ideal candidate will be physically fit, organized, and focused on maintaining high quality and accuracy standards.

- Key ResponsibilitiesPicking & Packing Operations
- Order Fulfillment: Locate and retrieve items accurately from warehouse shelves using pick lists
- Packing & Packaging: Securely pack products using appropriate cartons, tape, and protective materials to prevent damage during transit.
- Labeling: Print, verify, and attach accurate shipping labels, invoices, and shipping documents to outward packages.

- Inventory & Warehouse Maintenance
- Stock Tracking: Assist with regular stock audits, physical inventory counts, and reporting stock discrepancies.
- Loading & Unloading: Assist in unloading incoming shipments and staging packages for outgoing carrier pickups.
- Safety & Cleanliness: Maintain a clean, organized,



and safe work area in compliance with warehouse safety guidelines and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

- Key Requirements & Qualifications
- Educational Qualification: Minimum 12th Pass (Higher Secondary School Certificate) or equivalent diploma.

- Experience: Prior experience (6 months – 2 years) in warehouse operations, picking, packing, or dispatch is preferred (Freshers with strong basic skills are welcome to apply).
- Technical Skills: should know how to use a computer
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and move packages (up to 20–25 kg) throughout the shift.

- Language & Numeracy: Basic proficiency in reading, writing in English and numerical counting to verify product labels and shipping documents correctly.

- Key Competencies:
- High attention to detail and accuracy in order processing.
- Punctual, disciplined, and reliable time management.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced team workplace.
