**About the company:**

Talentronaut Technologies is a product, strategy and digital agency. We build our own software products, deliver technology and marketing work for clients across industries, and support partner companies in the renewable energy space. Our teams are small, fast and accountable: everyone owns real outcomes, ships quickly and learns continuously, with AI tools built into how we work.

We are hiring for 5 roles. Read all sections below and apply mentioning which role you want.

**1. Full-Stack Developer — up to ₹20,000/month**

*Role overview:* Own the technology behind everything we run — our in-house products and every client project. You'll design, build, deploy and maintain software end to end, guide other developers, bring innovative solutions to the table, and make sure things ship quickly and reliably. This is an ownership role with a leader's mindset.

*Responsibilities:*

- Own the full software development lifecycle: requirement analysis, architecture, development, testing, deployment and maintenance

- Build and maintain web applications using Next.js, React.js and Node.js with clean, scalable, well-documented code

- Deploy, monitor and manage applications on AWS (EC2, S3, RDS, IAM, CloudFront), including environments, backups and security basics

- Design and integrate REST APIs, databases and third-party services, including Meta (Facebook/Instagram) APIs and the WhatsApp Business API

- Take responsibility for all client-side and in-house products: keep them stable, secure and improving

- Guide, mentor and coordinate other developers and interns; review code and set engineering standards

- Translate business ideas from the founders and clients into technical solutions and realistic delivery timelines

- Research and adopt modern tools, including AI-assisted development, to ship faster

- Handle bug fixing, performance optimisation and production issues with urgency

*Requirements:* Strong hands-on Next.js, React.js, JavaScript/TypeScript and Node.js; working knowledge of AWS and cloud deployment (CI/CD, domains, SSL, server setup); good understanding of SDLC, Git/GitHub and API design; experience with SQL/NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL or MongoDB); a portfolio of real, deployed projects; ability to learn any new technology quickly.

*Good to have:* WhatsApp Business API / Meta Graph API experience; Docker, basic DevOps, system design fundamentals; authentication, payments, webhooks, automation workflows; prior experience leading or mentoring; B.E./B.Tech/BCA/MCA (or equivalent proof of skill). Freshers with strong real projects are welcome.

**2. Graphic Designer & Video Editor — ₹10,000–₹20,000/month**

*Role overview:* Create the visuals and videos that make our brand and our clients' brands stand out. We may hire one dedicated Graphic Designer, one dedicated Video Editor, or a single all-rounder who does both. You'll work closely with our Marketing Manager, who plans content and briefs you.

*Responsibilities (Graphic Designer):* Design social media posts, carousels, banners, ads, brochures, presentations,



logos and brand identity kits; maintain consistent visual identity across platforms and formats; create UI screens and simple web/app layouts (a big plus).

*Responsibilities (Video Editor):* Edit reels, shorts, YouTube videos, ads and promos from raw footage to final export; craft strong hooks, pacing, transitions, captions, sound effects, music and colour grading to maximise retention.

*Both roles:* Create AI-generated ads, visuals and edits using modern AI tools; understand what hooks attention — trends, platform best practices for Instagram, YouTube, Facebook; manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines; organise and archive creative assets.

*Requirements:* Exceptional command of your craft, shown through a strong portfolio/showreel; Designers — Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, Figma; Editors — Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut or DaVinci Resolve; good sense of typography, colour, layout, composition and storytelling; comfort with AI tools or genuine willingness to learn fast; shipping fast is a core requirement.

*Good to have:* Motion graphics/animation; basic photography or sound design; UI/UX knowledge (designers); understanding of social trends, analytics and ad creatives. One person skilled in both design and editing can earn up to ₹20,000/month.

**3. Social Media & Marketing Manager — up to ₹20,000/month**

*Role overview:* Take charge of the complete marketing function at Talentronaut — for our own brand and for clients — from strategy and content to paid ads and reporting. This role needs a leader's mindset: you'll direct the creative team and be accountable for results.

*Responsibilities:*

- Manage and grow social media accounts across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and YouTube for Talentronaut and clients

- Create monthly content calendars, ideas, scripts and captions aligned to each brand's goals

- Brief the graphic designer and video editor, review output, ensure timely, on-brand delivery

- Plan, run and optimise paid campaigns on Meta Ads, Google Ads and other platforms — budgets, targeting, creatives, A/B testing

- Develop marketing strategies and funnels for lead generation and brand building

- Track performance, prepare analytics reports, turn insights into improvements

- Communicate directly with clients: present strategies, share updates and reports

- Research trends, competitors, new platforms and AI tools for marketing

- Coordinate across teams so every campaign runs on time

*Requirements:* Demonstrated proof of work — accounts managed, campaigns run, or serious hands-on exploration; working knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads; strong understanding of content, hooks and engagement; exceptional written and verbal communication, including with clients; ability to plan, delegate and deliver through others; analytical mindset comfortable with dashboards and reporting.

*Good to have:* SEO, email or WhatsApp marketing, influencer campaigns; Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, scheduling tools; basic design or editing understanding; degree in Marketing, Mass Comm or Business.

**4. Founder's Office:



HR & Operations — up to ₹20,000/month**

*Role overview:* This role sits at the centre of the company. You'll manage day-to-day operations, HR, invoicing and internal tools, and build strong relationships with clients and prospects — working directly with the founders.

*Responsibilities:*

- Manage invoicing, billing, payment follow-ups and basic financial records

- Handle HR: recruitment coordination, screening, interview scheduling, onboarding, attendance, employee records, team engagement

- Administer company tools and systems (project management, communication, CRM, productivity); learn recent tools as needed

- Oversee enterprise operations: build processes, checklists and SOPs and ensure they're followed

- Build and maintain relationships with clients and prospects; follow up on leads, meetings and requirements

- Coordinate between founders, teams and clients to keep deliverables on track

- Prepare reports, proposals, contracts and presentations as required

- Support the founders with planning, scheduling and follow-through

*Requirements:* Excellent communication in English, Hindi and Marathi (preferred); strong organisation and follow-up discipline; working knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets and email etiquette; basic understanding of invoicing and HR processes; comfort dealing with IT-background clients; willingness to learn new tools.

*Good to have:* MBA (HR/Operations/Business Admin) or relevant degree; basic IT understanding; experience with CRM, HRMS or accounting tools; prior admin, HR or client coordination experience. Freshers and early-career candidates welcome.

**5. Field Operations Executive — up to ₹20,000/month**

*Role overview:* Talentronaut is hiring on behalf of its partner company in renewable energy. You'll be the on-ground person carrying out site work and field tasks as assigned, coordinating with customers and technicians.

*Responsibilities:*

- Visit customer and project sites, carry out field operations as instructed

- Support installation, inspection, maintenance and service of renewable energy systems

- Coordinate with customers, technicians, vendors and the internal team

- Follow safety procedures and use equipment properly

- Report daily progress, issues, photos and site updates on time

- Collect site requirements, measurements and customer feedback

- Maintain records of visits, materials and work completed

*Requirements:* Willingness to travel locally; basic understanding of electrical/electronic systems; good communication in Marathi and Hindi; reliability, discipline, punctuality; ability to work independently on site; own two-wheeler and valid licence preferred.

*Good to have:* Diploma/ITI/B.E. in Electronics or Electrical; interest in solar/renewable systems; experience using mobile apps for reporting; prior field or service-engineer experience.
