About the Company:

Aanuma Hospitality LLP – The Kind Roastery & Brew Room is looking for experienced and motivated professionals to join our growing restaurant and hospitality team.

Key Responsibilities:

CRM Executive / CRM Manager

- Manage customer relationships, feedback, and queries
- Maintain customer records and follow-ups
- Coordinate with outlet and operations teams
- Support customer retention and engagement

Outlet Manager

- Manage daily restaurant/outlet operations
- Lead and supervise the restaurant team
- Ensure excellent guest service
- Handle customer concerns and operational issues
- Monitor staff performance, inventory, wastage, hygiene, and service standards

Executive Assistant

- Support management with daily administrative and coordination work
- Manage meetings, appointments, calls, emails,



and follow-ups
- Prepare reports and documents
- Coordinate with internal teams and external contacts
- Maintain confidentiality and ensure timely completion of tasks

Candidate Requirements:

- Relevant experience in restaurant/hospitality/F&B; is preferred
- Candidates with experience in restaurants, cafés, hotels, QSRs, hospitality, or food & beverage operations are encouraged to apply
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong coordination and organizational skills
- Professional attitude and good customer-handling skills
- Relevant experience in the respective position will be preferred
