- 2. Admission Lead ManagementHandle incoming enquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, emails, walk-ins, and digital platforms.
- Maintain systematic records of prospective students and follow-up status.
- Convert enquiries into campus visits and confirmed admissions.
- Ensure timely follow-up with interested candidates.
- 3. Tele Counselling & Follow-upsMake outbound calls to prospective students and parents.
- Provide accurate information regarding courses, fees, scholarships, and admission deadlines.
- Maintain daily calling reports and admission conversion records.




- Reconnect with old leads and nurture potential admissions.
- 4. Campus Visits & Admission SupportCoordinate and assist parents/students during campus visits.
- Arrange counselling sessions, campus tours, and interaction with faculty members.
