Swift Technoplast is looking for a Sales Support Executive to support its B2B sales operations through accurate quotations, order processing, CRM management, customer coordination and internal follow-up.

This role is suitable for someone who enjoys structured coordination, customer communication and taking ownership of pending actions in a manufacturing workplace.

- Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare accurate quotations and sales documents.
- Process customer orders and maintain required documentation.
- Update CRM records, enquiry status and follow-up activities.
- Coordinate with Sales, Production, Quality, Accounts, Stores and Dispatch.
- Track order progress and communicate relevant updates.
- Follow up on pending enquiries, quotations and customer requirements.
- Identify gaps or delays and escalate them with proper information.
- Prepare regular sales support and pending-action reports.

Experience2-5 years of relevant experience preferred.
