Technician customer location par installation, servicing, repairing aur troubleshooting ka kaam karega.
Key Responsibilities :
Customer location par installation, servicing, repair aur troubleshooting karna.
In appliances par kaam karna:
- Split AC & Window AC
- Refrigerator – Single Door, Double Door & Side-by-Side
- Deep Freezer
- Water Cooler & Geyser
- Automatic & Semi-Automatic Washing Machine – Top Load & Front Load
- Microwave & Oven
- Electrical, mechanical aur refrigeration faults ko identify aur repair karna.
- Gas charging, vacuuming, leakage checking, pressure testing, wiring aur component replacement karna.
- Multimeter, clamp meter, manifold gauge aur other service tools ko properly use karna.
- Customer ko problem aur required repair ko simple aur professional way mein explain karna.
- Customer location par safety aur proper work practices follow karna.
- Service ke baad service report, parts used aur job details properly update karna.
Technical Knowledge
- AC, Refrigeration aur Home Appliances ki practical knowledge honi chahiye.
- Electrical system, refrigeration cycle, components aur basic fault diagnosis ki theoretical understanding honi chahiye.
- Problem ko identify karke correct repair/service method decide karne ki ability honi chahiye.
Key Objective :
Customer ko safe, quality aur skilled service provide karna aur appliance ko properly diagnose karke efficiently working condition mein lana.
