Qualifications & Skills

- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Hospitality, Food Production, or related field
- 2–5 years of experience in bakery/food retail management
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Knowledge of inventory and cost control
- Basic computer skills (POS systems, MS Excel)
