Telecaller / Sales Executive – PCD Pharma About the Role We are looking for a serious, motivated and result-oriented Telecaller / Sales Executive to join our PCD Pharma business.
The company will provide customer/lead data. Your responsibility will be to contact these customers, understand their requirements, explain our PCD Pharma franchise prospect, build trust, follow up regularly and convert genuine prospects into actual customers.
This is a sales-oriented role, not merely a calling job.
- Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to leads provided by the company.
- Explain our PCD Pharma Franchise / Pharma Business Opportunity clearly and professionally.
- Understand the customer's requirements, budget and business interest.
- Convince and motivate prospective customers to start business with us.
- Handle customer objections and answer basic queries confidently.
- Maintain regular and systematic follow-up with interested prospects.
- Convert qualified leads into actual customers/orders.
- Maintain proper records of calls, follow-ups and customer status.
- Coordinate with the senior/team members whenever required to close a prospective customer.
- Achieve monthly calling, follow-up and conversion targets.
