We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Marketing Executive to drive business growth while ensuring an excellent customer experience. The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in sales and marketing, possess strong communication skills, and be proficient in customer relationship management and sales tools.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new business opportunities and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Welcome and assist walk-in customers and visitors professionally.
- Handle receptionist activities, including answering calls and coordinating appointments.
- Use sales intelligence tools to identify leads, track prospects, and improve sales performance.
- Manage guest relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Conduct product presentations, follow-ups, and negotiations with clients.
- Prepare sales reports and maintain customer records in CRM systems.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely service delivery.
