PO & Inventory Coordinator

Salary: ₹16,000–₹18,000/month

Experience: 1–3 years

Location: Okhla Phase-1

Gender: Male/Female

Responsibilities:

- Receive and acknowledge POs from Amazon, Flipkart and other platforms.
- Check PO quantities, SKUs, locations and delivery timelines.
- Track and update inventory and PO sheets in Excel.
- Allocate available material to different locations as per requirements.
- Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams for dispatches.
- Take delivery appointments and coordinate with respective locations.
- Track pending, scheduled and completed deliveries.
- Plan for upcoming POs and future inventory requirements.
- Align procurement, inventory and deliveries to ensure timely fulfilment.
- Highlight stock shortages, delays and other issues proactively.
- Required: Good Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, basic formulas), robust follow-up and coordination skills, attention to detail, and experience in e-commerce/PO/inventory operations preferred.
