Job RoleWe are looking for a Field Executive who will work mainly in the field and interact directly with customers at their homes or business locations.
- Key ResponsibilitiesVisit customer homes/sites for solar site surveys and meetings.
- Explain XEREDA's solar products, services, pricing and perks.
- Demonstrate how a rooftop solar system works.
- Explain the PM Surya Ghar scheme, subsidy and eligibility to customers.
- Generate new leads through field visits, referrals, local activities and networking.
- Follow up with customers and help convert enquiries into bookings.
- Collect required documents and customer information.
- Help customers with solar loan applications and documentation.
- Coordinate with banks/finance partners for loan processing and approval.
- Coordinate with the XEREDA installation team for solar rooftop installation.
- Visit customer sites during installation whenever required and ensure smooth coordination.
- Help customers with net-metering, subsidy and other required processes.
- Maintain regular communication with customers until the project is completed.
- Update customer and lead information in the company's system/app.
- Who Can Apply?12th pass / Graduate preferred.
- Freshers can apply.
- Experience in field sales, solar, telecom, banking, insurance, real estate or consumer products will be an advantage.
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Comfortable travelling locally and meeting customers.
- Basic knowledge of smartphones and WhatsApp.
- Must have a two-wheeler and valid driving licence.
- Should be self-motivated and comfortable working independently in the field.
