- Contact new and existing clients through phone calls, WhatsApp, and email.
- Send machine quotations to clients via email and WhatsApp.
- Follow up with clients regarding quotations, inquiries, and pending requirements.
- Maintain regular communication and build positive relationships with clients
- Follow up with clients until the inquiry is converted into an order or closed.
- Maintain a daily follow-up report and share updates with management.
