Snabbit is starting a brand-current service category in India. Nobody has built this at scale before. We need people on the ground who can find skilled workers in their own area, talk to them, and bring them on board as Snabbit experts.
What you will do every day
- Go into the field : local markets, residential areas, labour hubs, shops, existing worker groups
- Talk to them in their language, explain how Snabbit works, what they will earn, and why they should join.
- Collect their basic details, check that they fit our requirements, and register them on the Snabbit app or form.
- Bring shortlisted candidates to the training centre / onboarding session and make sure they turn up.
Who should apply
- 0–3 years of experience. Fresh candidates are welcome.
- Experience in field sales, recruitment, delivery, or any job where you convinced people is a plus.
- Fluent in [Kannada / Hindi / local language]
