About the Role: We are a finance support company providing backend processing and administrative support to Australian finance and mortgage businesses.

We are looking for a detail-oriented Loan Processor to join our team and support Australian mortgage brokers and finance professionals with day-to-day loan processing activities.

The role involves managing loan applications, checking documentation, updating systems, coordinating with relevant stakeholders, and ensuring applications progress smoothly through the lending process.

- Key ResponsibilitiesProvide backend processing support to Australian mortgage brokers and finance companies.
- Process residential home loan applications from initial submission through approval and settlement.
- Review borrower information and supporting documents for accuracy and completeness.
- Check income, identification, bank statements, assets, liabilities,



and other loan documentation.
- Prepare and organize documents required for loan submission.
- Enter and maintain accurate information in CRM and lender systems.
- Submit and track loan applications through relevant Australian lender portals.
- Follow up on outstanding documents, lender requirements, valuations, approvals, and settlement conditions.
- Communicate with Australian brokers, lenders, BDMs, and other stakeholders via email and other business communication channels.
- Monitor application progress and provide timely updates to the relevant team.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure tasks are completed within agreed turnaround times.
- Follow established processes, quality standards, and data-handling requirements.
- Handle multiple loan files simultaneously while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
