Key Responsibilities:Assist skilled workers in motor winding and production activities.
- Handle and arrange copper wires, coils, insulation materials, and other production materials.
- Support loading, unloading, shifting, and handling of motor components.
- Assist in inserting, arranging, and securing winding materials as instructed.
- Perform basic cleaning and housekeeping of the work area and machines.
- Follow instructions given by supervisors and production staff.
