Job DescriptionI-Scoot Motors India LLP is looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting, financial records, taxation and related documentation.

- Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain day-to-day accounting and financial transactions.
- Handle Tally Prime/ERP and maintain accurate books of accounts.
- Prepare and verify sales and purchase invoices.
- Manage GST-related entries, returns and reconciliation.
- Handle TDS calculations, deductions and related compliance.
- Perform bank reconciliation and maintain bank records.
- Maintain accounts payable and receivable.
- Track vendor/customer outstanding payments and follow up when required.
- Prepare monthly reports, ledgers and financial statements.
- Maintain proper records of expenses,



bills, receipts and supporting documents.
- Coordinate with vendors, dealers and internal departments regarding accounts-related matters.
- Assist management with MIS reports and financial data.
- Ensure timely and accurate completion of accounting and statutory requirements.
- Required SkillsGood knowledge of Tally Prime, GST and TDS.
- Good command of MS Excel.
- Knowledge of bank reconciliation and ledger reconciliation.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills.
- Positive documentation and record-keeping skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Experience in automobile/EV/manufacturing industry will be an advantage.
- Preferred CandidateB.Com/M.Com or relevant qualification.
- 1–3 years of relevant accounting experience.
- Candidates with experience in GST, TDS, Tally and Excel preferred.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
