Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Field Recruiter to join our team, specializing in the recruitment of delivery executives/partners. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in sales or gig hiring, and be adept at working towards targets and deadlines in a fast-paced workplace. This role requires a proactive approach to sourcing, engaging and onboarding talent directly in the field.
Key Responsibilities:
- Talent Sourcing: Identify and attract potential Delivery Boys/Bikers/Riders for SWIGGY INSTAMART through various channels including Field Visit, job fairs, community outreach, marketing activities and networking events.
- Relationship Building: Foster relationships with local communities, colleges and organizations to enhance recruitment efforts.
- Target Achievement:
Work towards specific hiring targets and deadlines, utilizing effective strategies to ensure a consistent pipeline of candidates.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and provide regular updates to management on hiring progress and challenges.
Requirements:
- Experience: Happy to hire freshers and minimum 6 months of experience in recruitment, preferably in sales or gig hiring roles (Preferred).
- Target-Driven: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding recruitment targets and deadlines.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication and relationship-building skills to engage with diverse candidates.
- Adaptability: Comfortable working in a dynamic environment and adapting to changing hiring needs.
- Education: 10th, 12th and Any Graduate preferable
- Language: English & Local language proficiency is a must.
- Assets: Two Wheeler is mandatory.
