Job Title: Inside Sales Executive – Construction / Real Estate

Experience Required: 2–3 years in inside sales, preferably within the construction, real estate, or building materials industry

Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive Inside Sales Executive to generate and qualify leads, nurture prospects, and support the sales pipeline for our construction/real estate business. This role is primarily office/remote-based, focusing on phone, email, and CRM-driven outreach to convert inquiries into sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle inbound inquiries from website, portals, referrals, and marketing campaigns
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients, builders, contractors, or property buyers/investors
- Qualify leads based on budget, requirement, and timeline before passing to field sales/site visit teams
- Schedule site visits, meetings, or product demos for the outside sales/relationship management team
- Maintain accurate and updated records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions in CRM
- Follow up consistently with warm and cold leads through calls, emails,



and WhatsApp/messaging
- Explain project details, pricing, specifications, payment plans, or product offerings to prospects
- Coordinate with marketing team on lead quality and campaign feedback
- Prepare daily/weekly reports on calls made, leads generated, and conversion rates
- Achieve individual and team targets for lead qualification and conversion

Required Qualifications:

- 2–3 years of proven inside sales/telesales experience, ideally in construction, real estate, or building materials
- Robust verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable with high call volumes and target-driven environment
- Good understanding of construction/real estate sales cycles and customer objections
- Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho, LeadSquared) and MS Office/Google Workspace
- Ability to multitask and manage a large volume of leads simultaneously
- Bachelor's degree preferred
