Position OverviewThe Senior MIS Executive will be responsible for managing, analyzing, and optimizing the organization’s Management Information Systems. This role requires advanced technical expertise, solid analytical skills, and the ability to translate data into actionable insights for management. The candidate will also supervise junior MIS staff and ensure compliance with reporting standards.

- Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop, maintain, and automate MIS reports and dashboards for management decision-making.
- Manage large datasets using Excel, SQL, Power BI, and ERP systems.
- Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and consistency of reports across departments.
- Identify trends, variances, and provide actionable insights to support business strategy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Finance, HR, Logistics, Operations) to gather requirements and deliver customized MIS solutions.
- Implement process improvements and automation to reduce manual reporting efforts.
- Train and mentor junior MIS staff,



ensuring adherence to best practices.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Computer Science, or Information Technology.
- MBA / MCA / Postgraduate Diploma in MIS or Data Analytics preferred.
- 5–7 years of experience in MIS, reporting, or data analytics roles.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (Pivot Tables, Macros, VBA).
- Strong knowledge of SQL, Power BI, Tableau, and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Tally ERP).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver under tight deadlines.
