Key Responsibilities:
- Attend and understand customer requirements
- Explain products, designs, features & pricing
- Prepare quotations and follow up with customers
- Handle negotiations and close sales
- Maintain CRM/customer records
- Coordinate with billing, warehouse & dispatch teams
- Generate repeat business and referrals
