- Handle legal matters related to loans, recovery, agreements and documentation.
- Draft and review loan agreements, legal notices and contracts.
- Handle recovery, cheque bounce and other legal proceedings.
- Coordinate with courts, external advocates and legal authorities.
- Conduct legal verification of customer and property documents.
- Ensure compliance with applicable RBI/NBFC and legal requirements.
Qualification: LLB/LLM with Bar Council Enrollment.
Experience: 1–3 years in NBFC/Banking/Loan Recovery preferred.
