Job Overview:

We are looking for a creative and energetic Content Creator & Social Media Executive to join our team in Greater Noida West. In this hands-on role, you will handle our complete video production process, present on camera, and manage our social media presence across all platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Video Shooting & Editing: Independently plan, shoot, and edit high-quality Reels, Shorts, YouTube videos, product promotions, and client testimonials.

• On-Camera Content: Confidently host, present, and feature on camera for company social media videos.

• Content Strategy & Management: Develop monthly content calendars, write engaging captions, research trending formats, and schedule posts across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and X.

• Graphic Design:



Create eye-catching thumbnails, social media banners, and promotional graphics using Canva or Photoshop.

• Community & SEO Management: Monitor page engagement, reply to comments/DMs, optimize YouTube titles/descriptions, and track monthly analytics.

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum 6 months of hands-on experience in video creation, editing, or social media management.

• Technical Skills: Proficiency with video editing software (CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or Canva).

• Camera Confidence: Excellent presentation skills and comfort appearing on camera.
