We are expanding our operations and looking for a responsible HR professional who can manage internal HR processes, support employee engagement, and contribute to the growth and development of our organization.
- Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate leads through outbound calling, WhatsApp, online platforms and other channels.
- Promote and sell the company’s services to potential customers.
- Understand customer requirements and explain suitable services clearly.
- Follow up with leads and convert them into customers.
- Achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales targets.
- Handle customer queries and provide basic information about services.
- Maintain regular follow-up with prospective and existing customers.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Handle customer objections and negotiate to close sales.
- Coordinate with the internal team for customer onboarding and service delivery.
- Maintain daily calling, lead, follow-up and sales reports.
- Update customer and lead information in CRM/Excel/Google Sheets.
- Identify new customer segments and business opportunities.
- Ensure proper documentation during customer onboarding.
Qualification
- 12th Pass / Graduate in any stream.
- 0–3 years of experience in Telecalling, Telesales, Inside Sales or Service Sales.
- Freshers with good communication and convincing skills can apply.
- Experience in service-based sales is preferred.
