Arch Point Consultants Pvt. Ltd. is a Jaipur-based architecture, interior design, and project management consultancy (PMC) firm. We are looking for a proactive HR Executive to support recruitment, HR operations, and internal communication across our team.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.
- Support talent acquisition activities including job postings, candidate follow-ups, and offer coordination.
- Assist with talent management processes such as onboarding, induction, performance tracking, and employee engagement.
- Implement and ensure adherence to HR policies and procedures across the organisation.
- Maintain and update employee records, attendance, and HR documentation.
- Prepare HR letters, reports, and presentations using MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Design engaging internal communication creatives (posters, announcements, event graphics) using Canva.




- Coordinate internal communications and support employee-facing initiatives and events.
- Actively participate in and help organise employee engagement activities.
- Prepare presentations for internal and management use.
- Take care of day-to-day office admin activities.
- Own talent acquisition activities end-to-end.
- Oversee the housekeeping department.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- Graduate/Postgraduate degree, preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Well-versed with HR policies, basic recruitment, talent acquisition, and talent management practices.
- 1 to 3 years of relevant HR experience.
- Robust hands-on proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and PowerPoint (presentations).
- Working knowledge of Canva for creating internal communication creatives and graphics.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
