Job Description: Project Manager – Luxury Interiors

Role Overview

As the Interior Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading premium, luxury residential and hospitality turnkey projects from design finalization to final delivery and handover. You will act as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for high-net-worth clients, ensuring that every tailored design element—especially premium customized leather works, upholstered furniture, and marble detailing—is executed with spectacular quality, on schedule, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

- Site Execution & Quality Control: Oversee end-to-end site operations. Supervise modular installation, civil modifications, electrical, carpentry, and false ceiling works, ensuring structural alignment with Good For Construction (GFC) drawings.
- Client & Stakeholder Management: Function as the primary bridge between premium clients, in-house luxury interior designers, and production factory teams. Handle direct client communications and provide periodic visual progress updates.
- Material & Production Coordination: Coordinate directly with Ovion’s luxury manufacturing units to monitor the assembly and dispatch of bespoke Italian leather sofas, customized furniture pieces,



and custom fittings.
- Timeline & Budget Tracking: Prepare comprehensive project execution charts (Gantt charts/trackers). Manage material procurement requests (MRNs), check Bills of Quantities (BOQs), and prevent project overruns or re-work on-site.
- Vendor & Workforce Supervision: Manage a network of specialized sub-contractors, craftsmen, and site engineers, enforcing strict safety and finish standards in line with high-end luxury benchmarks.

Required Profile & Technical Skills

- Experience: Minimum 7 to 10+ years of solid project management experience specifically in luxury residential interiors, premium modular kitchen setups, or turnkey design-build firms.
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Architecture, Interior Design, Civil Engineering, or Construction Management.
- Drawing Proficiency: Deep understanding of 2D/3D technical layouts, AutoCAD/SketchUp documentation, and factory production blueprints.
- Material Knowledge: Rich familiarity with premium finishes, including wood species, PVD coating, Italian marble installation, leather upholstery types, and sophisticated hardware.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication in English. Conversational fluency in Kannada or Hindi is highly preferred for dealing with site technicians and local vendors
