Accountant – Executive AccountsJob SummaryWe are looking for a competent, committed, and detail-oriented Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting operations and support the finance function. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of accounting principles, good numerical ability, and hands-on experience in maintaining accurate financial records.

The candidate will be responsible for handling daily accounting entries, invoices, payments, reconciliations, documentation, and financial records, while ensuring accuracy and timely completion of accounting activities.

- Key ResponsibilitiesHandle day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities.
- Record and maintain sales, purchase, payment, receipt, and journal entries.
- Maintain accurate records of accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Prepare and verify invoices, bills, vouchers, and other accounting documents.
- Perform regular bank, cash, and ledger reconciliations.
- Monitor outstanding payments and receivables and maintain proper records.
- Assist in preparing monthly and periodic financial reports.
- Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records.
- Verify accounting transactions and ensure accuracy of entries.
- Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, customers, and other stakeholders regarding accounts-related matters.
- Assist in GST, TDS,



and other statutory accounting-related activities as applicable.
- Support the senior accounts/finance team during audits and financial closing.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned accounting tasks and maintain confidentiality of financial information.
- RequirementsStrong knowledge of basic accounting principles and practices.
- Hands-on experience in day-to-day accounting operations.
- Positive understanding of accounts payable, accounts receivable, ledger management, and reconciliations.
- Knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance will be an advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software such as Tally/ERP.
- Good numerical and analytical skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as coordinate effectively with the team.
- Candidates should be responsible, committed, and willing to take ownership of accounting activities.
- Preferred Candidate ProfileExperience in an accounts/finance role with practical accounting exposure.
- Candidates with relevant experience in Tally/ERP, Excel, GST, TDS, invoicing, and reconciliation will be preferred.
- Should have good communication skills and a professional approach.
- Should be comfortable handling confidential financial information.
