BharatPe – Hiring for Team Leader (TL) & Field Sales Executive (FSE)

We are hiring dynamic and result-oriented candidates for Team Leader (TL) and Field Sales Executive (FSE) roles.

Job Responsibilities

- Acquire new merchants and onboard them for BharatPe payment solutions
- Promote and sell POS/EDC swipe machines and QR payment solutions
- Build solid relationships with merchants and maintain regular follow-ups
- Achieve monthly sales and activation targets
- Support merchants with installation and basic troubleshooting
- Ensure daily reporting and field activity updates

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Candidates with POS/EDC device sales experience will be preferred
- Experience in fintech, banking, payment solutions, or merchant acquisition is an added advantage
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in field sales and target-based environment
- Bike and smartphone mandatory
