Digital Marketing & Performance Marketing Executive

Aarvi Nexus AI (A Brand of Aarvi AI Pvt. Ltd.) is looking for an experienced Digital Marketing & Performance Marketing Executive who can independently manage client campaigns and generate quality leads.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage Facebook, Instagram & Google Business Profile

• Plan content calendars, captions & social media publishing

• Coordinate/create static posts, carousels & short-form reels

• Set up, manage & optimize Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)

• Set up & manage Google Ads campaigns

• Generate quality leads for Real Estate, Clinics/Hospitals, Gyms, Automobile & other businesses

• Audience research, targeting & competitor research

• Retargeting & A/B testing

• Monitor & optimize CPL, CPC, CTR, conversions & ROAS

• Set up Meta Pixel, GA4, Google Tag Manager & UTM tracking

• Set up conversion & lead tracking

• Google Business Profile optimization & Local SEO

• Keyword research & basic SEO

• Manage multiple client campaigns simultaneously





• Track leads through CRM/lead tracking systems

• Prepare weekly & monthly performance reports

• Analyze campaign performance and continuously improve lead quality & ROI

• Coordinate with Design, Development & Sales teams for creatives, landing pages and campaigns
