- Manage the day-to-day operations of the clinic branch.
- Ensure smooth coordination between Front Office, Nurses, Doctors, CRO and Admin.
- Monitor staff attendance, punctuality, discipline and performance.
- Allocate daily work and ensure all assigned responsibilities are completed.
- Monitor patient appointments, enquiries, consultations and follow-ups.
- Ensure proper patient handling and a good overall patient experience.
- Monitor consultation-to-treatment conversions and branch performance.
- Ensure staff follow all clinic SOPs, protocols and processes.
- Monitor medicine, consumables and treatment stock and coordinate timely requirements.
- Ensure proper maintenance of patient records, consent forms and documentation.
- Monitor daily billing, collections and payment records.
- Coordinate with the Finance/Admin team regarding branch expenses and payments.
- Monitor treatment schedules and ensure proper coordination with doctors and nurses.




- Handle patient concerns and escalate important issues to management.
- Coordinate with the Marketing Manager for campaigns, camps, offers and lead generation.
- Monitor Google reviews, Instagram follow-ups and patient feedback.
- Conduct/coordinate daily team meetings and review pending tasks.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly and monthly branch reports to management.
- Monitor branch cleanliness, housekeeping and overall clinic presentation.
- Ensure equipment and clinic facilities are maintained properly.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers when required.
- Support recruitment, staff training and onboarding of recent employees.
- Identify operational issues and take corrective action with management approval.
- Maintain confidentiality of patient and clinic information.
- Ensure the branch achieves its operational, patient-service and business targets.
