Jewellery Experience: MANDATORY

- Key ResponsibilitiesManage showroom floor operations and supervise the sales team.
- Drive daily and monthly sales targets.
- Handle VIP and high-value customers and support sales closures.
- Monitor team performance, customer service, and sales conversion.
- Ensure strong product knowledge of Gold, Diamond & Precious Jewellery.
- Monitor product display, stock movement, and showroom standards.
- Conduct team briefings, training, and performance reviews.
- Handle customer complaints and escalations professionally.
- Candidate Requirements5–8 years of Jewellery Retail experience is mandatory.
- Previous experience as Floor Manager / Senior Sales Executive preferred.




- Robust leadership, communication, and customer-handling skills.
- Proven sales-target achievement.
- Well-groomed, confident, and target-oriented.
