- Key Responsibilities:Generate and develop new PCD Pharma / Franchise business opportunities.
- Identify potential distributors, stockists, and franchise partners.
- Handle customer communication through calls, WhatsApp, and email.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable product solutions.
- Maintain strong and consistent follow-ups with leads and existing customers.
- Convert leads into confirmed business opportunities.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with PCD Pharma partners.
- Coordinate with internal teams for quotations, product details, samples, and orders.
- Achieve monthly sales and business development targets.
- Maintain proper records of leads,



follow-ups, and conversions.
- Candidate Requirements:Minimum 1 year of experience in PCD Pharma / Pharma Sales / Business Development.
- Excellent communication and customer-handling skills.
- Strong follow-up and negotiation skills.
- Valuable knowledge of PCD Pharma / Franchise business.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Ability to generate leads and convert them into business.
- Good working knowledge of WhatsApp, Email, and MS Office.
