Job Responsibilities:

- Manage and supervise security and manpower deployment at client sites.
- Conduct regular site visits and ensure proper deployment of manpower.
- Monitor attendance, discipline, grooming and performance of security personnel.
- Coordinate with Security Guards, Supervisors and client representatives.
- Arrange replacement manpower for absenteeism and staff shortages.
- Handle client requirements and resolve site-level issues promptly.
- Ensure employees are wearing proper uniform and ID cards.
- Collect and verify employee documents required for onboarding and compliance.
- Coordinate with the office team regarding recruitment, deployment and employee documentation.
- Prepare and submit daily field visit and manpower reports.




- Monitor site requirements and maintain valuable client relationships.
- Travel to multiple client locations as required.

Candidate Requirements:

- Experience in security services, manpower deployment or field operations preferred
- Willingness to travel between multiple client locations.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
- Basic knowledge of WhatsApp and report preparation.
- Ability to manage manpower and handle site-level issues independently.
