HIRING: Field Sourcing Manager – Scrap Collection & B2B Client Development

Vortex World Trade FZ-LLC is an international trading and sourcing company working in recyclable materials, scrap collection and B2B sourcing.

We are expanding our scrap collection and B2B client network in Ahmedabad and are looking for a Field Sourcing Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit glass fabricators, toughened glass units, aluminium fabricators, aluminium extrusion/CNC units, acrylic cutting and signboard units, hospitals, industries, scrap dealers and other relevant businesses

• Source glass scrap, aluminium scrap, acrylic scrap, PET/plastic scrap and other recyclable materials

• Identify hospitals and businesses generating glass bottle, aluminium and other recyclable scrap

• Meet business owners and managers to understand their material quantity, quality, pricing and requirements

• Brief B2B clients about our products, scrap categories, collection process and business offering

• Develop new B2B clients and regular scrap suppliers

• Collect business details, owner/manager contact, material photos, location, quantity and pricing information

• Enter complete client and supplier details in the B2B CRM/Field App

• Record business name, contact number, GPS location, material type, daily/weekly quantity, current rate, requirements, follow-up status and remarks





• Build relationships, follow up regularly and convert opportunities into regular purchases or business clients

• Submit daily field visit and activity reports

• Trace the original source of material and develop reliable ground-level suppliers

Candidate Profile:

• Ahmedabad-based candidate preferred

• Comfortable with daily field travel across Ahmedabad and nearby industrial areas

• Positive communication, presentation and negotiation skills

• Ability to explain products and business offerings clearly to B2B clients

• Smartphone knowledge and ability to use a CRM/mobile app

• Own two-wheeler preferred

• Field sales, B2B sales, scrap, recycling, industrial sales or collection experience will be an advantage

• Existing supplier or client network is not compulsory; the ability to meet people and build relationships is important

Working Hours: 10:30 AM to 7:00 PM

Compensation:

• Salary

• Travelling allowance

• Performance-based incentive

This is a field-based B2B role, not a desk-only job. The candidate should be active, responsible and comfortable with daily client and supplier visits.
