Key Responsibilities

Perform routine inspection, maintenance, and repair of electric vehicles.

Diagnose faults in battery systems, motor controllers, charging systems, and electrical components.

Conduct vehicle health checks and preventive maintenance activities.

Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and software-related issues in EVs.

Install, test, and replace EV components, including batteries, controllers, motors, and wiring harnesses.

Carry out testing and calibration after repairs to ensure optimal vehicle performance.

Support vehicle delivery inspections (PDI) and customer service activities.

Maintain accurate service records and repair documentation.

Follow safety procedures while handling high-voltage electrical systems.





Coordinate with service advisors and technical support teams for complex repairs.

Keep updated with the latest EV technologies, tools, and service procedures.

Required Qualifications

Diploma/ITI/ in Automobile Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Mechatronics, or a related field.

1 to 4 years of experience in EV maintenance, or electrical troubleshooting.

Basic understanding of lithium-ion batteries, electric motors, and charging systems.

Familiarity with diagnostic tools and service equipment.

Valid driving licence preferred.
