Site Supervision and Execution

- Interpreting drawings: Reading structural and architectural plans to guide workers.
- Setting out the site: Plotting lines, levels, and boundaries accurately.
- Supervising daily work: Assigning tasks to laborers and overseeing subcontractors.
- Checking steel and concrete: Inspecting rebar placement and formwork before pouring concrete.

Quality and Safety Control

- Testing materials: Checking the quality of cement, sand, steel, and bricks.
- Enforcing safety rules: Making sure workers wear protective gear and follow safety protocols.
- Inspecting work: Ensuring construction matches design specifications and industry standards.

Planning and Management

- Tracking progress:



Monitoring work schedules and reporting delays.
- Managing resources: Organizing raw materials and equipment availability.
- Solving problems: Fixing technical difficulties that happen on-site.
- Keeping records: Writing daily progress reports and maintaining site logs.
