Key Responsibilities:
1) Make outbound calls to verify and validate customer details from incoming leads.
2) Handle customer queries politely and professionally.
3) Maintain call logs, reports, and feedback for process improvement.
4) Escalate invalid or incomplete leads to the concerned department.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass and candidate must be a fresher.
The role involves resolving customer complaints, providing right information and escalating complex problems to the relevant department when needed.
Candidates must be open to a 6 days working week during the Day shift.
