MARCO Secure Solutions is hiring Site Engineers for Fire & Security / ELV projects in Pune.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor daily project progress and execution.
- Coordinate with clients, management, execution teams, vendors and procurement.
- Plan and efficiently manage material and manpower across projects.
- Understand project requirements related to design, material and manpower.
- Coordinate and guide site teams for timely project execution.
- Manage project materials and manpower requirements.
- Prepare regular project/site updates.
Eligibility:
- Diploma / BE / BTech – Electrical, Electronics, E&TC;, Mechanical, Civil or relevant.
- Freshers & experienced candidates can apply.
- Site/ELV/MEP experience preferred.
- Positive communication and coordination skills.
- Comfortable with site work and travel within Pune.
Salary: ₹18,000–₹30,000/month
Location: Pune | Immediate Joiners Preferred
