- Key ResponsibilitiesDesign HVAC systems for commercial, residential, industrial, and other projects.
- Prepare HVAC layouts, ducting layouts, piping layouts, and equipment layouts.
- Perform cooling load calculations and select suitable HVAC equipment.
- Prepare BOQ, material take-off, and technical specifications.
- Prepare and review HVAC shop drawings and working drawings.
- Coordinate with architects, MEP consultants, procurement, and site execution teams.
- Review drawings and ensure designs match site conditions and project requirements.
- Provide technical support to the site team during installation and execution.
- Check contractor/subcontractor drawings and measurements.
- Assist in preparing technical submittals and documentation.




- Ensure designs comply with applicable HVAC standards and project specifications.

Required Skills

- Good knowledge of HVAC system design and MEP coordination.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD.
- Knowledge of Revit MEP will be an added advantage.
- Knowledge of HVAC equipment such as AHU, FCU, VRF/VRV, Chillers, Pumps, Fans, and Cooling Towers.
- Valuable understanding of ducting, piping, ventilation, and chilled-water systems.
- Ability to read and understand architectural and MEP drawings.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines.
