? Key Responsibilities
- Follow up with buyer leads through calls and WhatsApp.
- Manage and follow up with leads using the dealer mobile app.
- Communicate with prospective customers and understand their requirements.
- Maintain proper records of car documents.
- Follow up with customers regularly and support the sales process.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Female candidate with minimum 1 year of experience in telecalling or sales.
- Should have good communication and convincing skills.
- Must be comfortable speaking English, Hindi and Bengali.
- Should be confident while communicating with prospective customers.
- Minimum age requirement: 21 years.
? Salary & Incentives
- Fixed Salary: ₹14,000–₹20,000 per month, as per skill and experience
- Incentive: ₹6,000+ as per performance
