Work Mode: Work From Office

Salary: ₹24,000 per month

Qualification: Graduation Mandatory

Experience: Experienced candidates only; prior Chat/Email experience mandatory

Job Responsibilities

Handle customer queries and provide support through Email and Voice.

Provide timely and accurate solutions to customer concerns.

Manage support tickets and resolve customer issues efficiently.

Maintain proper communication and service standards.

Follow company processes and ensure a positive customer experience.

Candidate Requirement

Prior Chat/Email support experience is mandatory.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Positive email writing and typing skills.

Ability to multitask and solve customer problems effectively.

Comfortable working from the office in Sector 18, Gurgaon.
