The RoleWe're looking for a Graphic Designer who understands what makes a viewer click and can turn that into visuals. You'll design thumbnails, channel branding, and supporting graphics for our creator clients, working closely with our editors so the packaging matches the content.

- ResponsibilitiesDesign high-CTR YouTube thumbnails for long-form, reaction, podcast, and gaming content
- Create cover art and graphics for podcast episodes and short-form clips
- Build and maintain brand kits for clients: logos, color palettes, fonts, channel banners, and templates
- Produce motion-ready assets for editors, such as lower thirds, overlays, end screens, and title cards
- Design social media graphics for Instagram, LinkedIn, and X, including dotMKV's own brand and founder content
- Turn a client brief into 2–3 robust concepts, then revise quickly based on feedback
- Keep every client's visual style consistent across all deliverables
- Meet deadlines on a recurring, high-volume schedule without dropping quality
