Job SummaryWe are looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented Telecaller to join our Real Estate Sales & Marketing team. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective customers, explaining project details, generating leads, following up with customers, and scheduling site visits.
Key Responsibilities :
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers from the provided database.
- Explain real-estate projects, locations, amenities, pricing, payment plans, and other project details.
- Understand customer requirements and identify suitable property options.
- Generate qualified leads and convert enquiries into site visits.
- Follow up regularly with prospective customers through calls and WhatsApp.
- Schedule and coordinate customer site visits with the sales team.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and site visits in the CRM.
- Handle customer queries professionally and provide appropriate information.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.
- Coordinate with the Sales Team for lead conversion and customer follow-up.
- Maintain good relationships with prospective and existing customers.
- Prepare daily/weekly reports regarding calls, leads, and follow-ups.
Required Skills :
- Valuable communication skills in Marathi and Hindi; basic English preferred.
- Good convincing and negotiation skills.
- Confident and pleasant telephone manner.
- Customer-focused and target-oriented approach.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM software.
- Ability to handle multiple follow-ups efficiently.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Previous experience in Real Estate / Telecalling / Sales will be preferred.
- QualificationMinimum 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.
- Candidates with relevant telecalling or sales experience will be given preference.
