BPO Telecaller

Job Overview

We are seeking a confident, articulate, and customer-oriented BPO Telecaller to join our growing team. The role involves communicating with customers over the phone, understanding their requirements, providing relevant information, and maintaining strong customer relationships.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a qualified approach, and the ability to work effectively in a target-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional manner.

- Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate information or solutions.

- Explain company products, services, offers, and processes clearly.

- Follow up with prospective and existing customers to ensure timely communication.

- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups.

- Handle customer queries, concerns, and objections professionally.

- Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets.

- Coordinate with relevant internal teams for customer-related requirements.

- Follow established calling procedures, quality standards,



and company policies.

- Ensure a positive customer experience through effective communication.

Candidate Profile

- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

- Good command of English and Hindi; knowledge of additional regional languages is an advantage.

- Solid convincing, negotiation, and active-listening abilities.

- Comfortable working in a target-oriented environment.

- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office/CRM systems.

- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.

- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.

- Prior experience in BPO, Telecalling, Customer Support, or Sales will be an added advantage.
