Role: Telesales Executive

Job Type: Full time

- ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to potential customers and explain company products/services
- Handle leads generated from social media, marketing campaigns, and inquiries
- Explain solar rooftop solutions, pricing, government subsidy, and EMI options
- Follow up with interested customers and schedule appointments for the sales team
- Maintain daily call records, lead tracking, and CRM updates
- Achieve daily and monthly sales call targets
- RequirementsGood communication and convincing skills
- Comfortable handling outbound sales calls
- Basic knowledge of CRM, Excel, and WhatsApp communication
- Target-oriented and disciplined approach
- Experience in telesales/telecalling preferred
- Qualification Minimum: Graduate
- Graduate preferred

Salary- ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 Fixed Salary + Incentive (Variable based on targets and company incentive terms)

Work Hours- 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
