We are looking for a CNC Milling Machine Operator with at least 1 year of hands-on experience to join our production team. In this role, you will load materials, run established programs on CNC milling machines, and inspect parts to ensure high quality. This is a great prospect to grow your machining skills in a supportive shop environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Machine Operation: Load raw materials and run pre-programmed CNC milling machines safely and efficiently.
- Quality Inspection: Use basic measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges) to check finished parts against blueprints.
- Shop Maintenance: Keep machines and workspaces clean, lubricated, and free of debris.
- Problem Solving: Monitor machine performance and quickly report any errors or tooling wear to the supervisor.
