Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage the interior design team, ensuring effective task allocation and timely deliverables.
- Understand client requirements and provide creative, functional, and practical design solutions.
- Coordinate directly with clients throughout the project lifecycle and ensure smooth communication.
- Conduct client meetings, design presentations, and site visits.
- Prepare and review space plans, layouts, mood boards, 2D drawings, and 3D visualizations.
- Coordinate with site supervisors, vendors, contractors, and project teams for smooth project execution.
- Review design work prepared by junior designers and provide guidance, feedback, and technical support.
- Monitor project progress and ensure designs are executed as per approved specifications and quality standards.
- Handle client queries, design revisions, and approvals professionally.
- Ensure projects are completed within agreed timelines while maintaining quality standards.




- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Support the team in resolving design, site, and execution-related challenges.

Requirements

- Minimum 5–8 years of experience as an Interior Designer, with proven team-handling experience.
- Strong client-handling and communication skills.
- Hands-on experience in:
- AutoCAD
- Enscape
- V-Ray
- Prolance
- 3ds Max
- Strong knowledge of space planning, materials, finishes, furniture selection, and interior execution.
- Ability to lead, mentor, and coordinate a team of designers.
- Strong project management and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Creative mindset with robust presentation and design skills.
- Good coordination skills with clients, vendors, site teams, and internal departments.
- Candidates from the interior design industry are preferred.
