Key Responsibilities

- Conduct daily site safety inspections and identify unsafe conditions and practices.
- Ensure workers follow all safety rules, procedures, and PPE requirements.
- Monitor the use of safety helmets, safety shoes, harnesses, reflective jackets, and other required PPE.
- Conduct toolbox talks, safety inductions, and regular safety awareness sessions for workers and staff.
- Ensure proper safety arrangements for work at height, scaffolding, excavation, lifting activities, electrical work, and other high-risk activities.
- Inspect scaffolding, ladders, lifting equipment, machinery, and other safety-related equipment.
- Ensure work permits are followed for activities such as hot work, height work, confined space, and electrical work.
- Report unsafe acts, unsafe conditions, near misses, and accidents to the concerned management.




- Assist in accident/incident investigations and prepare necessary reports.
- Maintain safety records, inspection checklists, training records, and incident reports.
- Coordinate with contractors and subcontractors to ensure compliance with site safety requirements.
- Conduct emergency preparedness checks and participate in mock drills.
- Ensure proper housekeeping and protected material storage at the site.
- Support implementation of the site's emergency response and fire safety procedures.
- Coordinate with project teams to resolve identified safety issues within the required timeline.
- Ensure compliance with applicable statutory safety requirements and company EHS policies.
