Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced MEPF Engineer to supervise and coordinate Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing & Firefighting works at project sites. The role involves site execution, contractor/consultant coordination, drawing & BOQ review, quality inspection, testing & commissioning, and ensuring timely completion of MEPF works.

Key Responsibilities:

? Supervise and execute MEPF works at project sites

? Handle Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing & Firefighting systems

? Review MEPF drawings, BOQs & technical specifications

? Coordinate with consultants, contractors, architects & site teams

? Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues

? Monitor HVAC, electrical, plumbing & firefighting installations





? Coordinate testing & commissioning activities

? Assist with quantity estimation and contractor bill verification

? Prepare DPRs and maintain project documentation

? Ensure quality, safety standards & timely project completion

Requirements:

✅ 2–8 years of relevant MEPF site-execution experience

✅ Experience in real estate/construction projects

✅ Knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing & firefighting

✅ Valuable knowledge of AutoCAD & MS Excel

✅ Understanding of IS codes, safety & site execution practices
